Batch converting
Today, batch converting videos files is becoming a basic feature of video converter because people won't waste time to convert video one by one. Batch conveting feature allows you to click "convert" button once to convert batch video files without clicking "convert" again after one video is converted. However, some video converters may need to add videos one by one before batch converting. That would be also annoying.
Adding batch files in Any DVD Converter
Any DVD Converter can easily add batch video files by several methods. The methods of adding batch video files are listed below.
- Open a folder, select batch video files with CTRL or SHIFT key or by mouse, drag and drop the files into middle panel of Any DVD Converter.
- Click "Add video" button to browse the video files, select batch video files in a folder with CTRL or SHIFT key or by mouse, click "Open" button
- Use menu "File --> Batch Add Video Files", a dialog will pop up, and you can check a folder or folders containning videos. See pictures below.
Using menu "File --> Batch Add Video Files" to add batch video files, you may need to pay attention to some tips below.
- Video clips in the sub-folder(s) will be added to the software too.
- By default settings, Any DVD Converter will stop adding batch video files and show a message, you may need to click OK button to continue to add batch video files.
- 1. There is no audio stream in the input file, Any DVD Converter will tell you that there won't be audio in the output file.
- 2. Any DVD Converter can't get the video information because there is something wrong with the video or it's not yet supported.
If you don't want the error messages to bother you and stop adding batch video files, you can check Keep silent when adding video files by menu Edit --> Options --> General tab or clicking Options button in the left bottom of the batch video converter.
Adding online videos from YouTube, Google and NicoVideo
Video files in local hard disk and online videos from YouTube, Google and Japanese NicoVideo can be converted at a time. To add online videos, you can either click YouTube button or right-click on the middle panel to paste the URL of your desired movies.
Some YouTube videos need to verify age, you need to login your YouTube account first, and if you want to download and convert Nico videos, you have to login your Nico account first. Both can be done by menu Edit --> Options --> Online video tab.
Convert batch video files added and auto shutdown
After adding batch video files, choose your desired output formats, click Convert button, the batch video files will be converted to the output video formats you chose. Converting batch video files may take some time, howver, you don't need to stay wondering when the conversion of batch video files will be finished.
