Available language versions of Any DVD Converter
So far, Any DVD Converter is available in 18 languages, they are English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Italian, Hungarian, Russian, Turkish, Polish, Danish, Finnish, Sweden, Arabic, Japanese, simplified Chinese and tranditional Chinese.
However, as we develop the software and add some new features, we will add some phrases into the language file, thus sometimes there will be some English phrases under other languages because the new added phrases haven't been translated.
Where are the language files?
Open the setup directory of Any DVD Converter first. Generally speaking, it will be X:\Program Files\Any DVD Converter Professional, X stands for the hard drive letters such as C, D, E, etc. There is a sub folder named "lang", open it and you can find some ini files and some folders named by the abbreviation of the language . Each folder there includes two pictures in bmp format. Actually they are "Output Folder" and "Options" button in the left bottom of the program. Some of them
Edit the pictures
Each sub folder in "lang" folder includes two pictures in bmp format. Actually they are "Output Folder" and "Options" button in the left bottom of the program. The two pictures are modified from .png pictures and saved as .bmp format. Please download original .png pictures and edit. Click here to download. And send the edited bmp pictures to us. You can also save the two pictures below and edit.

Note: (1) add the translation of "Output Folder" and "Options" in the picture. (2) save in .bmp format. (3) keep the original size.
Translate or modify the .ini files
If your language file exists and there is some phrases which is not translated, you can compare your language file with English language file (lang_en.ini). You can use Beyond Compare (30-day free trial) or any other text comparison program to compare the two files. It will easily help you to find out what prases haven't been translated. Below is a screenshot of using Beyond Compare.

If your language doesn't exists, you can open English language file and save as another .ini file and then translate.
Please note that what you need to translate is the content after the equal sign (=). Below is an example of translating English to French.
item_1="File"
32825="Open DVD..."
32857="Open DVD Folder..."
After translation:
item_1="Fichier"
32825="Ouvrir un DVD..."
32857="Ouvrir le dossier DVD..."
Note: You don't need to translate %s, %d, \n, etc, and the .ini file should be saved with "Unicode" encoding and named as "lang_xx.ini", xx is two-letter abbreviation of your language.
Send us the language file
You can send the edited pictures or language file to support@any-dvd-converter.com. Any help will be much appreciated.
